Current Projects

As part of the research project EPPL (Erlangen Parents & Partner Longitudinal), Anja Wagner investigates the following questions: How do past relationship experiences and attachment patterns influence thoughts, feelings, and attitudes toward one’s own body (body representations) in adolescence? What influence do body representations have on mental health and psychological disorders in adolescence?

EPPL is a longitudinal study spanning the first 18 years of life and examines the development of personality functioning, psychological distress, and psychological well-being in the transition to adulthood: https://www.entwicklungspsychologie.phil.fau.de/en/laengsschnittstudie-ueber-die-ersten-18-lebensjahre/
