Short CV

Annika Klugmann has been a research associate at the Chair of Developmental Psychology and Educational Psychology since 2025. Before that, she completed her studies at the University of Groningen, Netherlands (Bachelor of Psychology (2020–2023), Research Master of Behavioural and Social Sciences (2023–2025)).

She is part of the research team of the ERC Consolidator Project PAR2: A new science of Parenting and studies the effects of social influences during childhood and adolescence on parental behavior, with a particular focus on the interplay between social development and genetic predisposition. In addition, she is interested in the relationship between sibling relationships and empathy.
